Zeb sorted out a huge problem for us, with low pressure to our boiler. He laid new pipework from the meter to the boiler, under floorboards and on an outside wall. His work was so neat and he left the site immaculately tidy. I thoroughly recommend him and his communication with us was so clear, sending daily video explanations. Zeb is an absolute star! My mother-in-law, Margaret who turned 96 last week and has dementia, unfortunately developed a leak in a very inaccessible place in her bathroom plumbing. Luckily, MS Heating and Plumbing was one of the companies that AgeUK suggested we use to sort our plumbing needs and following our initial contact with Zeb he has been a constant source of help and support at all times of the day and evening and we are immensely grateful for this. Zeb also encouraged us to deal with Margaret's home insurance company to minimise the financial impact on her of finding and fixing the leak and then returning the bathroom facilities to a usable state afterwards. So to cut a long story short, Zeb completed a Leak Trace and Access survey for us that we submitted to the insurance company this week. We had a very positive response from the insurance company yesterday and it is likely they will mostly meet the associated access and reinstatement costs. We will hopefully get the go ahead for the works early next week. The advisor that I spoke to yesterday was very complimentary about the standard and content of the survey that Zeb compiled for us. He said it was one of the best that he had ever seen! So thank you kindly Zeb for your help to date and we are looking forward to working with you and MS Heating and Plumbing to complete the vital plumbing works at Margaret's house. But let me tell you about the moment that truly proved their worth even though they were already AMAZING. We had a major emergency on a Saturday night. We tried every emergency plumber we could find—the ones who actually answered were quoting extortionate prices just to show up. On a whim, we contacted MS Plumbing. To our absolute delight, Zeb didn't just answer—he immediately jumped on a video call to talk us through a potential fix. When that didn't work, do you know what he did? Excellent work man ship. From the outset there was clear communication. I sent a picture, explained the floor boards were wet when the toilet was flushed. I was informed the cost of trace and leak. Once date agreed MS used a special piece of equipment that showed precisely where the leak was internal state of the cistern, which also showed corrosion of pipework. The engineer gave an itemised quote, for the job. The amount quoted by MS heating & plumbing is what I paid as per  quote no hidden charges. Zeb of MS heating answered our emergency call when the boiler stopped working. He came to check the boiler very quickly and after checking the boiler (which had not had a service since covid) he showed us the problems that meant either a major rebuild,  or a new boiler.  Our decision was a new boiler. Zeb ordered the boiler of our choice and fitted it, the system was full of slurs, he spent a few hours flushing and vibrating it out to his and my satisfaction,  this meant that the very sludgy radiators were saved. He identified the leak in less than an hour, which was a huge relief. He was friendly, professional, and explained clearly what we need to do going forward.
