An engineer. We don’t employ salespeople. The person who visits your home is the same kind of person who would carry out the work, and they’ll give you honest advice rather than a sales pitch.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Call us and we’ll sort it. We stand behind our workmanship and we’ve built our reputation by responding properly when something needs attention. You won’t be passed to a call centre.
Is there a call-out charge?
Yes. A standard call-out between 8:30am and 5pm is £130 for the first hour, then £65 for each extra 30 minutes, for labour only. Evening, overnight and priority emergency call-outs have their own rates. Materials and parts are extra, and we always agree them with you first. You’ll find every charge on our prices page. There’s no charge for asking, so call or WhatsApp us first.

We provide fair, honest prices for the standard of work we deliver. We’re not the cheapest option and we don’t cut corners to get there. We think most customers would rather pay a fair price to a company they can trust than take a risk on the lowest quote.
